Receive Suitable Nanny Profiles

Based on your requirements, we select the most suitable candidates from our pool of qualified nannies. You will receive detailed profiles including qualifications, experience, and references.

Our nannies have:

  • A childcare qualification or many years of experience
  • Up-to-date references
  • Further training certificates / criminal records check
  • First aid training (e.g. paediatric first aid)

Organise a Meet-and-Greet

We arrange personal meetings between your family and the selected nannies. This gives you the opportunity to form your own impression and assess whether the chemistry is right.

Tip: Involve your children in the introduction process. The bond between a nanny and a child is crucial to successful care.

Sign the Contract and Get Started

Found your ideal nanny? Brilliant! We take care of all the administrative work:

  • Drawing up the employment contract
  • Registering with social insurance
  • Setting up the payroll
  • Arranging insurance cover
  • Clarifying tax matters

Once all the formalities are complete, care for your children can begin straight away!

Ongoing Support

We remain your point of contact even after care has begun. We handle the monthly payroll, are available for any questions, and support you with any adjustments that may be needed.

We do not charge high placement fees!

What you pay:

  • Nanny's salary: Individually based on qualifications and experience (approx. CHF 25–35 per hour, including social insurance contributions)
  • Social insurance contributions: Statutory deductions as required by law
  • Annual membership fee: CHF 80 per year for our administrative services

How long does the placement process take?

As a rule, we find suitable candidates for you within 1–3 weeks. For very specific requirements, it may take a little longer, as every placement is as individual as the family itself.

Can I meet the nanny beforehand?

Yes, absolutely! We arrange personal introductory meetings before you make your decision. You can meet several nannies if you wish.
Our goal is to find the right person for a harmonious, long-term arrangement — not just a quick fix.

What happens if the nanny is ill?

We will help you to organise cover care if needed.

Do I need to deal with social insurance myself?

No, we handle all of that entirely on your behalf. We register the nanny with all relevant bodies and process the monthly payroll.
