Purpose of the Association
Provision of social welfare services. Placement model for childcare and substitute grandparents, which also offers intergenerational integration; reintegration of substitute grandmothers/mothers into family life, whilst simultaneously relieving working families.
Employment Placement Licence
The Lüschers Happy Nannies Association holds an official licence for private employment placement in accordance with the Swiss Employment Agency Act (AVG).
Supervisory Authority
Supervision of employment placement activities rests with the competent cantonal authority in accordance with the Employment Agency Act (AVG).
