In the course of our placement activities, we collect the following data:

From families:

  • Care requirements (times, scope, specific requests)
  • Financial information (for payroll purposes)

From nannies:

  • Personal data (name, address, date of birth, nationality)
  • Contact details (telephone, email)
  • Qualifications and training
  • Professional experience and references
  • Availability and preferences
  • AHV number (for social insurance)
  • Bank details (for salary payments)
  • Criminal records check
  • Proof of liability insurance

Purpose: Placement of suitable carers, contract management, payroll processing, statutory reporting obligations.

Legal basis: Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period: Data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention obligations (generally 10 years for tax-relevant documents).

  • Transmission: When using Chrome/Edge, voice data is transmitted to Google
  • Our role: We receive only the recognised text, not the audio recording

We use external Content Delivery Networks for faster loading times:
